Q: Can I RSVP online? I did not see a mail in card within the wedding invite.
A: We chose the digital route. Please click the RSVP button on the top right to finalize your attendance.
Q: What date should I RSVP by?
A: Please RSVP no later than March 5th.
Q: What is the dress code for your wedding?
A: Semi-Formal
Q: What weather should I anticipate for April in Florida?
A: April tends to be the sweet spot before the Florida heat starts; mid 70's to 80's with cooler nights. Please note that our venue is on a lake, cooler temps are to be expected that evening.
Q: What transportation options are available?
A: If flying into Orlando or Tampa, car rental services are available as well as Uber and Lyft locally.
Q: What is the wedding day Itinerary?
A: Please refer to the wedding timeline within our mailed invitations. In addition to, a wedding program will be handed out at ceremony.
Q: What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
A: Our wedding ceremony starts at 3:00 PM sharp. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to ceremony start.
Q: What is the easiest way to get to/from your venues?
A: We encourage you to use Uber and Lyft as they are frequent in the area.
Q: Is there parking available at the venue?
A: More than enough parking is available at the Estate!
Q: Will your wedding ceremony be held inside or outside?
A: Our ceremony will be held outside in the garden with cocktail hour extending onto the lakefront open-air terrace.
Q: Will your wedding reception be held inside or outside?
A: Our reception will be held just steps away from the terrace in a glass enclosed temperature-controlled tent with full access to the estate house.
Q: I'm flying in, how far is the venue from the airport?
A: The Adams Estate is within an hour distance from both Tampa International and Orlando International Airport.
Q: Will there be an after party?
A: Please join us in keeping the party going on property; walking distance from the estate house in our rented clubhouse & cabins.
Q: What are the addresses to the ceremony and reception venues?
A: Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Adams Estate (2222 W Pierce St. Lake Alfred, FL 33850)

Q: Where will wedding updates be posted?
A: If updates are necessary, we will be contacting you with the email provided upon RSVP.
Q: Is the ceremony and reception wheelchair accessible?
A: Yes of course.
Q: Where should we bring/send wedding gifts?
A: Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home address: 701 E Patterson St Tampa, FL. 33604. A wedding card box will be our reception.
Q: Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
A: Unless the guest is stated within your party once you RSVP, we are sadly unable to accommodate any additional attendees at this time. We thank you in advance for your understanding!
Q: Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding ceremony?
A: We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony - no photos or videos please. We have that covered for you!
Q: What type of food will be served at your wedding?
A: We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet with selection of meat, fish, and salad being served.
Q: Will there be meal options for guests with stern dietary restrictions or allergies?
A: Please notate dietary restriction/allergy within RSVP and we will try our best to accommodate.
Q: Am I allowed to bring my children?
A: We love your children but due to venue restrictions, we're only able to accommodate the children of immediate family at this time (unless stated within your RSVP). Thank you in advance for your understanding!
